1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dausbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dausbet website located at https://dausbet.cam, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

2Definitions

• "Account" means the personal player account created by you upon completing registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "Device" means any hardware device (including mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer) used to access the Platform.

• "Rollover Requirement" (also "Wagering Requirement") means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "VIP Program" means the tiered loyalty program operated by dausbet, comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond tiers.

3Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. dausbet maintains a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all casino-style gambling and sports wagering activities. This age threshold is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors are not eligible to hold a player Account.
3. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or contractor of dausbet, nor a family member of any such person living in the same household.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by dausbet or any other gambling platform on which you have self-excluded.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
6. You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dausbet reserves the right to close all but the original Account and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

4Account Registration & Management

To use the Services, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify dausbet promptly of any material changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. dausbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].

4.2 KYC Verification

dausbet may, at its discretion or as required by its licensing obligations, request identity verification documents including a government-issued national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Document submission is mandatory before certain withdrawal thresholds are reached. Providing false or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in Account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. dausbet is not obligated to retain Account data beyond the legally required retention period following closure.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

dausbet accepts deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency methods including BTC, USDT, and ETH. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party funding is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to Account verification status, active bonus wagering requirements, and any applicable security review. Verified accounts in good standing may benefit from same-day processing for qualifying withdrawal amounts. dausbet reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.

5.3 Currency

The primary transaction currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. dausbet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by dausbet are governed by both the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms disclosed at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry window. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• During active bonus play, a maximum bet cap applies as disclosed in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary by category. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%) or not at all.
• dausbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to systematic bonus hunting, hedging across products to avoid risk, or collusion with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

7Betting Rules & Fair Play

dausbet strives to provide a fair and transparent gaming environment at all times. All casino games use independently tested random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and dausbet's sportsbook terms, including provisions for void bets, result corrections, and event cancellations.

7.1 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, communications failure, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, dausbet reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes where appropriate. Any winnings derived from an obvious error in odds or payout calculation will not be honoured.

7.2 Void and Cancelled Events

Where a sports event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or otherwise not completed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sportsbook rules applicable to that event.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any Platform software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Platform staff;
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software code, and the overall look and feel of the website, is owned by or licensed to dausbet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without dausbet's prior written consent. Scraping or automated data collection from the Platform is prohibited without express written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dausbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dausbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if dausbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11Responsible Gambling

dausbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all players free of charge and may be activated at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dausbet holds its operating licence.
